This is a temporary Privacy Policy for workpod. It explains how we handle information during the waitlist phase. A final version will be published before full product launch.

When you join the waitlist, we typically collect:

• Email address
• Selected language (Persian or English)
• Limited technical data such as IP address and User-Agent for security and abuse prevention

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Record waitlist membership
• Send confirmation and launch-related emails
• Improve security, reduce spam, and understand high-level demand

3. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share it only with trusted processors needed to operate the service (such as email delivery) or when required by law.

4. Retention

We keep waitlist data through launch and related communications. If you ask to remove your email, we will review and fulfill the request where possible.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

6. Cookies

We may use essential cookies required for basic site operation. This temporary version does not include advertising tracking.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted email by contacting support@workpod.space.

8. Google Calendar data

If a user connects Google Calendar to Workpod, Workpod uses Calendar and calendar-events access only to sync events between the user’s Workpod calendar and Google Calendar, including creating, updating, and deleting events the user manages. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Users can disconnect Google Calendar at any time.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
